Something I've been working on since yesterday... well not the whole time, but for like an hour and a half yesterday and about an hour today. I figured I'd give Ballos from CaveStory a shot since hes got the gnarled evil look. Its actually my first time doing a true digital paint job like this and it was a real quicky for this one, but actually it turned out better than I thought it was going to be XD
I might tweek it a bit though, it all depends.

Ballos was created by Pixel along with CaveStory. May he make many more awesome games!

Nope, havent beaten him yet XD I have a hard time hitting his second form/keeping enough life to suit my reckless play style. Really I just have problems dodging stuff in hell.

Do you loose most of your health on the second part with all the falling debris? Because there's a trick that you can collect the first two hearts in the third part, go back to the second and the two hearts will be there again when you come back. Doesn't help if you're going for a speed run, but it does get you back to full health.
The rest is timing.
Trick on the final boss. On his second and third forms, you can jump into his red eye and he won't be able to hurt you. Hammer him with missiles and he'll be dead in two seconds when you get it down.
